Put a volt meter on the sensor. Make sure its outputting about 1.8V with the key on. This is obviously on the signal out pin/wire.
My honest guess is you didn't wire it correctly, the sensor itself is defective, your settings in Crome are wrong, or the mounting of the sensor resulted in breakage. The way that sensor is mounted really makes me cringe. I would never mount that sensor anywhere but in the cabin of my car with a very small diameter vacuum line ran to it.

******, have you run a volt meter on the damn sensor? If not, ------- yourself isn't the solution. Instead you should drink battery acid. Seriously, if you don't know how to use a volt meter and can't figure it out, you should quit playing with cars ASAP.
