Default can't adjust my TPS below .8 ? at closed position

I bought a Holley 62mm throttle body because it was super cheap $50 new in box to replace my 58mm stock one. Got another stock manifold and ported it. When I put the TPS on and check it I cannot adjust it below about .8 volts? I read on here while searching that it should be .45-ish at closed throttle position. Will his still work? The TPS is off my old d15b7 that I know was working fne before I swapped the motor. This is on a B16 by the way. Anybody have any thoughts on this?

Dremel the slots in the TPS until you can get enough range of adjustment.

Or tune with an EMS that allows you to recalibrate the TPS voltage range.

IE. Neptune, ECtune, Hondata
