i just searched on google and i now know how to make a hydrogen fuel cell.
but nothing on gas ones.

test it with water before you put gas in it to check for leaks.

You can use steel it you want. You just have to coat the outside with undercoating to protect it from the elements. You must also coat the inside of it. I believe there is some gas tank liner that you put in there and slosh around so the gas isn't touching the steel. You can use about any metal you want. They showed us in school that you can make them them to fit weird spots and still get 10-15 gallons in tight spots. But never put it in the engine bay. Thats just stupid.

Well the way I think about it is that one time that something happens and you get a fire in the bay it will be a big mess. If the gas starts leaking out of there you have all that gas right there instead of 5 feet away from it. If its behind you the only gas that burns is the gas in the lines.
