Question? Autometer #2269 1/8" NPT to 1/8" BSPT. Is that male 1/8bspt to the block and 1/8 npt female from the fitting? Stupid Question?

it is a hole in the block so i think you want a male fitting. and a male for the NPT as well. hard to explain cause i dont know the male/female diff

The difference between male and female fittings is the same different between male and female sex organs. (That's how I think of it. ;D )

So, for the block, he'll want a 1/8" Male BSP fitting, the other side is dependent on what he plans on putting on it. I used an 1/8" Male BSP to 1/8" Male BSP. That wya, my "T" could be 1/8" Females on the "T" section, and on the bottom of the "T" would be 1/8" NPT. This way, my Oil pressure sensor could fit into the back of my "T". Doing it this way made sure I didn't have to break into the SS braided line, later down the road. Plus, it would be closer to stock position.

isnt the only reason the extension breaks off in the block because the engine flexes and causes the oil line hose to tighten up ad break the fitting, so couldnt you just get a longer length of hose? thanks

Re:PICS of my T-25 (& fittings)

Isn't -3AN a bit small for an oil feed line?

I thought it needed a minimum of -4AN..
