Default Check Valves ?

Do i really need to have check valves so the computer wont sense boost ? if i do where could i buy them and how would i go about installing them. Any info would be great. Thanks -Jeff

you only need check vlaves if you are using an FMU. you can get them at pet stores or anywhere that sells pet sulplies. you basicly just put them inline with your map sensor vaccume hose. pretty simple

When I get my setup together I'm going to use the vortech FMU, i think it's $175, and the missnig link is close to $75.

I don't mean to steal this thread but... Does anyone know which site the missing link is sold at I forgot where who sold it though i've been to the site several times, brain fart

if your going to spend that much money just use an afc and some 450 or some 390s

I'd have to get a used AFC, new = what? $375. Then the dsm injectors, which are cheap. definately over $400 that way.

1 other question, what would my 90crx si injectors limitations be as far as providing sufficient a/f ratio, as in how much boost are they able to safely support w/fmu & missing link?

OR get a chip burner ($100-200) and Uberdata (FREE!). =]

with an inline pump i would say run 8 psi. (some people wont agree with me on this). it would probably last a while, but you could make alot more power with a better setup, and it would last alot longer and be safer.
