a couple quick thoughts on your oil setup.
is that "oil catch tank" lower than the turbo itself? also, is it behind the turbo or in front of it?
it has to be lower than the turbo so the oil has somewhere to go. also, if it is in front of it, im sure under hard acceleration oil will sit at the turbo, rather than flow back to the tank.
another thing is that i would put the oil cooler after the pump. pumps do a lot better job of pushing fluid rather than pulling it. putting as much of the pump load on the pressure side will help it move the oil.
