Running the coolant lines isnt neccasary, but is pretty easy to do. Locate a coolant line on your intake manifold/throttle body/back of your block (wherever you want) Most people use the throttle body lines because they are very easy to get at. Ok once you have it, cut it in half with some dykes. Then get 2 straight through connectors (brass/plastic) so you can extend these hoses to the front of the engine. I use 5/16 hose, your looking to use about 7 feet total (get extra just incase) Ok so you run these 2 lines to the turbo (making a complete loop), you can route them either way on the turbo, because the wet cartridge of the turbo can flow coolant either way you want. Lots of people ram in brass fittings on the turbo and they end up leaking because they are the wrong fittings and are normally metric. Another way to do it is use the factory banjo bolts. Just cut the pipes and put a small flare on the end of the pipe and just clamp it down.

This shouldnt take longer than 20 mins to do in your driveway. Just besure to bleed the cooling system after you do it.

I personally havent been running the coolant sections on my turbo setups, probably because I'm just real lazy.

good luck,
Jeff

run the cooler lines off of the throttle body if you have them running off of there
