They are knock offs of the real deal, you can interchange seals, top hats, bodies, etc.

TiAL small (35, 38mm) gates usually rock the small inner spring, but can run an outer spring either by itself or in addition to the small spring.

TiAL large (44mm, etc) gates usually rock the large outer spring, but can run a small inner spring either by itself or in addition to the large spring.

Car I was tuning earlier has a TiAL red outer spring and a ching chong meow red inner spring. FYI, the spring rates just add up. Check TiAL's website for details.

mine came with just the big dirty one installed. i orderd the one with a 5psi spring from the site so i figured it was that one.

tial site says the large dirty one is 11.6psi and the small one is 5.8psi, which is strange cause the small one feels stiffer, but it is shorter

this is assuming tials 38mm wastegate springs are the same as mine

If you pinch the diaphram putting it back together, you will be sorry. Boost cut is your friend.

I picked up a couple of those myself. gonna try them out.

my crx will be the test subject this weekend, so we'll see. And the flanges that it came with looks like aluminum, but they are not and weld up just fine.
