White Smoke? Blown Turbo or Motor?

White Smoke? Blown Turbo or Motor?
I just started to notice white smoke coming out of my exhaust.
It ONLY happens when you rev the motor to any rpm and as the RPMs drop back to 2000-1000 a quick puff of white/grey smoke comes out.
Plugs look fine, the car has been running very well until I realized this yesterday.
I have been trying to do searches and I have come up with anything from Bad rings, Headgasket, Bad Oil return, Bad Head, and Bad Turbo Seals?
Anyone with any advice please chime in.
Thanks

It almost sounds like when you're reving your engine, the oil pressure increases, and when you back off, some oil isn't flowing down into your oil pan.. possibly backing up through the seals of your turbo. Might be that.

might help to know how large is your oil return, how long, how low it sits in the pan, how straight is it, etc. but that's what I would check first. Other than that maybe it is something with your valves

I had a kink in my return line so it start smoking a lot. Then I fix the return line and it only started smoking when I reved high. I figured my seals were blown so now the turbo is going to get rebuilt.

smoke on decel is a sign of fuxored valve guides because the vacuum of the engine revving down pulls oil through your faulty valve guide seal. at least that's what they told me in my engine rebuilding class.

I have a few people PMing me saying its my oil return line. Heres a few quick pics I snapped of it, LMK what you think. It does have a clean slope down but a little angle as you can see.
