Dog is inherently stronger by the way it engages (pic is worth a 1000nd words here, but alas I don't have one) It is a positive engagement in that as soon as you start to shift it actually pulls it over the next gear there is no slowly sliding it into gear, you have to be firm and positive with all of your shifts, but you do not need to clutch and can run full power and smash through the gears.
Back on topic those gears look beefy, good to know that there just in belligham, as Urban Indian will need some of that this year, and sketchy dave our cage fab man / dynoman's shop is just across the boarder. Gives us an excuse to go for some jack in the box.

Well finally made it to the track..... Nice day out.... Was really scared of breaking the tranny, but turned up the boost to 20 PSI and besides HORRIBLE 60 foots (2.1 being the best), and babying the tranny... Managed a 11.90 at 127 and change... Happy for now as that was in TOTAL street trim (on drag radials), and not powershifting so Im sure its got some mid 11s in it as it was run today. Im just glad I didnt end up having to tow it home. Car pulls like a ------- train up top.... Forizzle. Ill have some vids up soon. Some awesome burnout pics too...
