Track only is one thing, but it looks like daily driving a 600whp (oh sorry 630whp) honda loaded with people is a hell of a lot to ask. You are on a mission from god to prove it can be done... So keep on it! Id think even stronger gears wont give two ***** if the transmission case flexes some. Though I'm no expert on the subject

bdv you have your tune on file? could you send that ---- to me or some basemap for 1000's on an h22' i took out my e85 for now and i need t solid basemap for now! and today when were were delivering some ---- to this guys house we went through his garage and he has a

Sorry to hear you still having trans issues (haven't been following the thread) :-(
Is it the case flexing or (more likely IMO) the shaft flexing? In the latter case, is there an upgraded shaft option for you?
Whoever said that it will just die again regardless of gears is right. the only way you can semi dodge it is to use a gear set with much longer teeth such that when they are misengaged by the flex they aren't riding on the tips/slipping off.
That straight cut 3rd obviously had stress risers in the base of each tooth. Not good. radii FTW.
