he also hasn't made the downpipe in addition to the manifold

 

OK.. just got done talking to Nate and I feel as though it's necessary to update this thread. We've come upon an agreement that he will be sending me everything (minus a manifold and welded together downpipe--> meaning a mendral bend and flex pipe that i can get welded) AND $300. The extra money is to buy a manifold and pay someone to weld the downpipe together.

What I expect to be shipped to my door:
-johnny race 5" intercooler (new) $150
-ALL i/c piping including cuplers and clamps (new) $200
-1g DSM BOV welded/bolted on upper charge pipe (not new, of course) $50
-t3 42/48 turbo (not new but must have NO shaft play and free of smoke) $100
-Stealthmode oil line kit $75
-'shiftglow' boost gauge $30


I consider this fair as the prices I stated are the prices I would EXPECT to pay someone else. This totals up to $605. I payed Nathan $950-$300 = $650 so he makes $45 off the deal, so far.

That's not including the materials he has for the manifold he was supposed to make me. So he can weld the manifold together (which I paid for) and sell it for $200 or so and still come out $245 richer than he was before he made my kit.



Now.. I guess I can just sit back and wait for everything to be shipped. It SHOULD be here soon, because there shouldn't be ANY waiting on anything else.

and a bunch of stealthmode stickers

Why you dont just let him finsih the mani n downpipe? or are you in a rush to install...?

lol I threw the box out because I didnt see them when I dumped them out and had to o searching on the curb after you told me lol

 

 

It's funny how quickly your attitude changed when you're not the one waiting on parts anymore. :P Don't you think 3 months is long enough?
