Default code 14 IACV..... NEED ECU PINOUT

so i did my OBD0-OBD1 swap...after i figured out why it wasnt starting and repinning the dizzy we are running!!! then throws a code 14 after a couple seconds....

so IACV...didnt throw the CEL with OBD0. no its not plugged in the plug has a resistor on it so it wouldnt throw a code. no i wont plug the IACV back in...

why would the OBD0 be fine wiht the resistor and the OBD1 throw a fit?

what obd-1 ecu are you using? if it's an auto ecu i think the iacv wire goes to a different pin...

Maybe the resistance is different for an OBDI IAC?

i wouldnt think so, i have interchanged OBD0 and OBD1 IACV's before without problems... i would plug my IACV in but it doesnt reach for some reason. i will try and find another one, think i have an extra OBD1 around here somewhere...

Just plug the inlet hole closet to the throttle body. It wont surge but you will have no increased cold idle. I put a piece of hose in mine to lower my cold idle.

that's how i fixed mine (kind of), i just put a solid gasket between the iacv and manifold to block the flow, it idles great, but there is no cold idle increase, and no moving idle either (moving idle with the clutch in is generally 1-200 rpms higher). lol, my car idles at 800 rpm's as soon as i start it up

k, i dont think you guys understand... i did all that ---- a year ago. the IACV is blocked off unplugged, and there is a resistor in the plug. up until i swapped to OBD1 there was never a problem. the harness i built is just as my instructions say A9 to A11... but im thinking that this isnt right...
