Default CRX Electrical problem? PIC'S

I have a new problem with my CRX, i just change the old LS engine for a new one and move some wires, nothing special.

When i rev the new engine to 2500rpm act like a valve problem, and when i drove it and reach like 2500rpm the car acts like if i have the 2 step limit and then shut downs, but i do a compression test and reads 150 in all 4 cilinders.

Could be a wiring probem from my Homemade Jumper Harness?

Or could be the fuel pump?

From the jumper harness inside the car anything, i just pull the wires from the engine side and the ground wires so they can reach another ground location. I think maybe that could be the problem, but i didn't pull so mucho

I can't find again the tutorial to check for CEL codes for cars with OBD-OBD1 conversion.

And another weird problem i have is with the dizzy. To reach the smoother idle, the distributor needs to be moved from his original position, here i attach a picture to show this.

Your pic made me lol. Check cam timing, for the dizzy. BTW to check for codes just jump the blue clip around the ecu with a paper clip. If you did it right your check engine light will come on.

Timming is Ok, remember i use a OBD0-OBD1 jumper harness.

Actually, if anyone can help me to find that thread of how can i check the CEL codes for a EF with OBD1, could be the greatest help to find my problem.
