It's possible to do it on anything. You're just replacing a single log type intake manifold with throttle bodies. You just need to get an intake manifold flange and weld something to connect the throttle bodies to and make sure you have some kind of engine management that is tweakable, because you'll need it.

I built a set, then sold them just before putting them on my car. I helped another friend, tommytoes on here, and they were pretty bad ***, and he got some decent gains for the money he had in the whole set-up, and it was untuned.

I will let him explain on that though.

alot of people use GSX-R throttle bodies, but if you use a honda set, its almost a 100% plug and play set-up. really simple. for a D series, use CBR 600 throttle bodies.

It's actually pretty easy but I would recommend you use cbr throttlr bodies as you can use the cbr tps by just switching the non-ground wires on it if I remember correctly...but I think I also read somewhere that pre 92 civics were just plug and play on these tps....But I would definately use uberdatata or some kind of fuel management.
I just ran rich as hell... it was pretty silly I could rev to 9000 by just tapping the accelarator that and I'm sure the 8lbs flywheel help some :P... But the thing would definately scoot.

A good project for under a hundred bucks....and I ran it for 2 months or so and the only reason I took it off was that I broke one of the rubber hoses connecting the itb's to the cut manifold....NOT a good thing...and I also managed to break the throttle cable mount on it....

But I do plan on breaking them outta storage eventually if I don't go turbo after my christmas/new year vacation.
