Default transmisson troubles

I have a b16 transmisson(cable) on my ls motor, and the gears all work good, but when i put it into 5th i get resistance twords right, like you have to push kind of hard to get it over, its not smooth transition like it should be. i have no clue what it could be.

its probably the 5th gear actuator, just check the tension with feeler gauge. (If you don't know where this is its under the rear seat, you'll have to remove it.
