Default vacume

i have a 92 vx witha z6 swap and a dsm t25 hmt kit on there and its not tuned. the problem is my vacume only sucks up to 7 to 8 when not gunning it and even when i gun it and let go it should drop lower but it doesnt so i have no clue what is going on what could be the problem

Vacuum leak, toasted valve/headgasket/engine, broken boost gauge. I dunno? How does it run?

Add wrong cam timing to the list as well, or big aftermarket cam.

runs fine just vacume only goes down to 8 and thats that

Rough idle, dead or dead-ish cylinder.

Sounds like a kinked/cracked line, or bad gauge if everything runs ****.

i mean everything is fine its just that its not tuned so could that be the problem and when the turbo setup wasnt in i already had the boost gauge put in and the vacume was fine so i dont knwo maybe tune
