when I get mine back im just going to send it back to him, I trust he will refund at this point. I just bough a turbonetics t04e on honda-tech, so hopefully everything works out.

 

It wouldn't let me do it as a dispute because something is up with his account now, so it automatically went to a claim. Even if it takes longer, I would rather go by there procedures. But they only refund you the money after money is put into there account which is BS, they can not automatically take it out of there checking/savings account.

Now as we're figuring out that escrow deal you go try to start a Paypal complaint saying you didn't receive the turbo. You're a retard. I've been suspicious that you've been trying to reverse scam me from the beginning and now I'm convinced. You probably fucked the turbo up and are now trying to get me to pay for your mistake. You are now on your own. I was working with you the whole time offering a refund or escrow and you decided to go behind my back and try to ---- me over. I've been more than willing to work something out with you even though I was almost positive you were trying to ---- me over, and not even that was good enough for you. I should have just refunded you and kept it. I should have known after you PM'd me 2 hours after you made payment asking me for a tracking number. Sellers beware!

 

do u still have the receipt from shipping it? if not you can get one from the service you used to use as proof with paypal that it was actually shipped. he wont get ---- back.

ESPECIALLY since he used the claim where he never received the item. they have others you can choose from that actually break down that you recieved the item, but it wasnt as identified (which yours was, to the best of your knowledge) yet hes trying to say you never even shipped it to you so that he can try to get a refund AND keep the turbo.

This is just getting ridiculous, em1....just chill the ---- out he is doing more then enough to try to help me. Why not just send the turbo, what do you have to lose? He is offering a FULL refund, why would you not take that deal. Maybe he knew about the turbo, maybe he didint...its past that now and he is trying to be a honest guy and take care of it.

I will let you know when I get my turbo back from DW, I am going in there demanding my turbo back without paying the charge that they never even told me about. I don't even know how a escrow work?

You said mint turbo and I am posting up pics of this mint turbo. Its called GPS to measure the actual mileage, I am here to ruin your name? do you seriously think this? Why would I waste my ------- time building a kit around this turbo for it to be junk. I also regret ever buying this turbo from you.
And lol about the claims on shipping 2 hrs after I paid you, it was at 7pm or so nothing is open around here. I simply asked if you where shipping tom. and you said you will "at your full asking price rofl." Man I have all my old pm's so don't make ---- up.

 

And also I never made a claim stating I never recieved the turbo, man if your going to post something get your ---- right. I only asked for a partial refund to pay for a rebuild which is all I wanted in the first place. Man you're a waste of time.
